04/10/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOUND 4-STEEL DOORS OPENED AND UNABLE TO SECURE. CALLED RICK SALDATE TO GET APPROVAL TO SECURE OPENINGS. HAVING TROUBLE FINDING OWNER. CALLED JOE DEL CAMPO, SUPERVISOR, TO HAVE DOORS SECURED WITH BOARD UP. ALL DOORS SECURED TO PREVENT FROM BEING OPENED. GLASS IS BEING REMOVED FROM INTERIOR AND SOME GLASS BROKEN. STOVE AND OVEN PULLED OUT OF CABINET IN KITCHEN AND OTHER ITEMS. ONCE PROPERTY SECURED LEFT SITE. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS.
02/25/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Building is vacant and secured. Checked all openeings and has items on ground from roof and exterior lighting. Entrance is blocked with mesquite branches in drive to enter property. Follow-up in 45 days.
01/23/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Board up. Site located in the no fly zone. Has been vacant for awhile. Called abatement field crew for crew to board up building. Some exsisting openings have been removed. Existing boards were put back up and other opening covered.
Found area where fires had been started, but burned out. Once openings boarded up checked all metal door to amke sure buislking secured. 7 sheets used for board up. Will follow-up within 30 days.
08/14/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Building had doors opened. 1 entry had glass broken. Inside of building has been vandalized and painting on walls. Took photos. Owner did not answer phone calls. Called to have site secured by Bathcrest. Dumpster had fire and found paper in back that someone had tried to burn.

CHECKED OTHER POWER & GROUDNING WIRE HAS BEEN CUT GOING TO TRANSFORMER. DOOR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO & ABLE TO WIGGLE LOCK TO OPEN. WILL DO NOV.
