Went to site and found some construction work. Talked to owner via the phone. Owner explained no porch was added on. It's been there already. He also mentioned he had permits thru DSD and they told him no other permits were required for the work he was doing. Checked w/residential planner and discussed the sheet rock and insullation pulled. Apparently, this is all covered under the Sprinkler permit.. SO the owner was correct. He is "OK".. Close out this case... |
