05/12/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I was unable to locate the owner and made contact with the contractor who did the repairs being required for approval of inspection. He stated that he has done all the repairs and the owner was going to call for the final. He was going to call the owner to let know. That was on 5-07-08 with no call back. On 5-08-08, I called the phone number listed on the pueblo system and got a hold of the owner sister. She took my phone number to call her brother. The owner called me and he thought that the contractor was going to call the final in. He was going to call the final in when he can get someone to stay at the house. Hopefully in the next 2-weeks. I will be checking Permits Plus in 10 days if finaled.
04/07/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH FRIEND OF OWNER & HE SHOWED ME THE BACK YARD, WHICH IS BEING CLEANED, BUT NOT COMPLETED. NO PERMIT ON A/C. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS.
