Met with Asst Mgr Sylvia Parra and Occupant Desiree Birely. Found kitchen sink leaking underneath, wood wet, laundry room porch roof rotting. Checked fire alarm in apt (works). All other issues complained about have been repaired before I arrived on site for the initial inspection. |
