Also found this building was annexed into the city with the lights already attached. Bldg mgr agreed to lower the lights to a 45 degree angle to apease the residents behind the bldg. Also provided the Bldg Mgr with documenation pertaining to the Lighting Code as well as City Code about the Nuisance Code. Case closed.
