A Mr. Russel Martin called 02-28-08 regarding this property. I returned his call today and advised him of the need to remove the trailer and alll other debris ftom the property. He stated that someone was living in the trailer. I made him aware that occupying the trailer as a dwelling was illegal and must cease immediately. He said he would make arrangements for the occupant and then either remove the trailer or obtain approval from DSD to allow the current use of the property to continue. I granted a 30 day extension, however I made Mr. Martin aware that a Citation would be issued if the violation was not abated in the extra 30 days. Follow up in 5 days to confirm occupancy of the trailer and 30 days for total abatment. |
