According to USPS records the Notice of Violation sent certified was delivered to the owner on February 9th, 2008 at 13:35 pm. The owner has no made any contact with myself of this office to discuss the Notice. This makes three yard sales in less than two months which violates the the Land Use Code. A citation will be issued today and sent Certified Mail via USPS as well as standard mail via USPS.
