I contacted the manager of the complex - Cynthia - she informed me that the tenant hasn't contacted her to arrange the cleaning of the carpet .... tenant is in arrears on the rent & hasn't renewed her lease .... the carpet is a maintenance issue .... all other issues have been corrected. |
