Entered by DCOX - FIre in Apt# 605. Defective bathroom exhaust fan caused electrical fire in joist space. Damage to several joists in that area as well as a large area, 8'x 8' of roof deck cut out for fire control operations. The branch circuit to the bathroom was damaged. Several inspection holes were made in the gypsum board. Members of management and maintenance were on scene and made aware fo the permitting requirements. Follow up 60 days. |
