Inspection revealed waste water backing up and spilling out of the clean-out in the side yard. Possible blockage in main sewer drain from residence to street. Met with tenant who stated that the property owner had told him that the issue was his to handle. I called the owner and left a message. Have not recieved a return call from the owner as yet. Will attempt contact with owner one more time prior to issuing citation. |
