nspection revealed no debris in the drainage way. There was a pile of concerte chuncks at the rear, west, side of the fence at 1134 S Farmington. The debris is on private property. Property owner at 1134 S. Farmington is responsible for the removal of the debris. Any leagl action taken against the party alleged to have dumped the debris is the responsibility of the property owner. Case closed. |
