All other parts of hood systems were tested and approved. It was determined that due to the fact that all appliances were protected, it being a new system with negative grease build-up and the building being fully sprinklered, it was safe to operate with a temp. Cof O. Electrician on site awaiting a new relay to be delivered. Approved by Dave Mann. |
