1. FIRE DOORS SHALL OPERATED PROPERLY, ALL DOORS FAILED DURING ALARM TESTING.

2. REPAIR SPRINKLER HEADS ON 3RD FLOOR IN ROOMS 342 & 343 HOUSEKEEPING AND MECH. ROOM. ONE HEAD BLOCKED BY LIGHT AND ONE HEAD COVERED.
3. RELABEL STAIRWELL #4 AS #3 LABEL WRONG.
