Preliminary Punch List

The following is a preliminary list of items that need to be addressed prior to site completion. This list was requested by the contractor prior to final inspection. Due to on-going construction not all inspections were possible. As construction nears completion the contractor will call for a final inspection to address outstanding items.

Contractor needs to complete all site work per approved plan.

1) Compete basin structure on S/E corner of property per approved plan and in accordance with standards.
2) Clean basin structure on the east side of building so that outlet pipe is clear of debris and basin is draining properly. Certified letter from engineer is necessary for all basins/drainage structures on the property.
3) H/C parking on south-side of building needs to be verified @ 2%, unable to verify at time of inspection due to placement of construction materials.
4) Ensure that all sidewalk scuppers are cleared of dirt and debris
5) Remove all construction debris
6) Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction,
7) Complete all landscaping items.
8) Complete necessary striping per approved plan
9) Install bicycle parking per approved plan
10) Remove stormwater controls from site
11) Per note 27 complete installation of air compressor and bollard
12) Per note 32 complete the access ramp to basin
13) Provide as-builts where necessary

08/18/2009 ENGINEERING PRE-CONSTRUCTION Approved MET WITH JERRY (602)332-5023 ON SITE. DISCUSS HIS SWPPP, WILL BE INSTALLING CONTROLS LATER THIS WEEK. BLDG. COMPLETION DATE SET FOR DEC. 24TH.
