09/23/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required THE SITE WAS CHECKED FOR THE FULL COMPLIANCE OF THE STORMWATER AND THE FINAL GRADING. GENERAL SITE CLEANUP IS REQUIRED AS WELL AS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SITE BY THE LANDSCAPE DEPARTMENT. JOSEPH LINVILLE HAS CONTACTED THE DEVELOPER ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE GRADING OF THE SITE OUTSIDE OF THE GRADING LIMITS AND HAS ADVISED THEM TO RECTIFY THE REPLANTING OF THE SITE. I WILL RECHECK THIS SITE ONCE THE OWNER HAS DECIDED WHAT HE WILL DO TO STABALIZE THE FULL SITE. MINOR CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS SITE AND WILL NEED TO BE REFLECTED ON THE AS-BUILT DRAWINGS FOR THIS SITE.
09/03/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required WAS CONTACTED BY JOHN FENICK AND DISCUSSED WHAT HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS SITE AND HOW IT MIGHT BE RECTIFIED. HE WILL GIVE ME A LETTER EITHER BY TOMORROW OR THE FIRST OF THE WEEK DISCRIBING THE WAY THEY WILL PROPOSE WHAT TYPE OF REPAIRS WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE DISTURBED AREAS. HE WILL THEN HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH THE ENGINEERING AND ZONING DEPARTMENTS AND GET THEIR APPROVAL ON THE PROPOSED CHANGES BEFORE THEY WILL START THE WORK. I WILL EXPECT A E-MAIL FROM THE REVIEWERS TELLING ME WHAT THEY HAVE AGREED UPON WITH THE ANTICIPATION THAT THE AS-BUILT DRAWINGS WILL REFLECT ALL OF THE CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE AT THIS TIME.
09/02/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required I MET ON THIS SITE WITH SAM LEGG OF NASA ENTERPRISES TO DISCUSS THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF THE SITE AND WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RECTIFY. SAM WILL CONTACT JOHN FENICK AND HAVE HIM MEET WITH THE ENGINEERING AND ZONING DEPARTMENTS AT 201 N STONE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS NEEDED TO RESOLVE CURRENT ISSUES. I WILL EXPECT TO HEAR SOMETHING FROM THE ENGINEER BY SEPT 8, 2009 OR A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WILL BE ISSUED.
07/06/2009 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required PREVIOUSLY THIS PAST MONTH MALENA CARREON, JIM FEMLING, AND I HAVE STOPPED BY THE SITE FINDING NO ONE WORKING, BUT WORK BEING DONE. THE SLAB FOR THE BUILDING AND PART OF THE BUILDING ERECTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AT THIS TIME. THE SITE WILL BE SUPPORTING LANDSCAPING MATERIALS FOR D AND D MATERIALS IN THE FUTURE. I WILL BE CONTACTING JOSEPH LINVILLE AND ANDREW CONNOR TO VERIFY WHAT TYPES OF MATERIAL CAN BE STOCKPILED ONSITE, AND HOW CLOSE IT CAN BE TO THE ADJACEN WASH.
MET WITH THE DEVELOPER ONSITE AND ADVISED HIM THAT THEY WILL NEED TO REPAIR SOME OF THE AREAS OUTSIDE OF THEIR PROJECT LIMITS THAT HAVE BEEN DISTURBED AT THIS TIME.CURRENTLY THEY ARE WORKING ON THE INSTALLATION OF THE CORREGATED STEEL PIPES THAT SUPPORT THEIR DRIVEWAY INTO THE SITE OFF OF OLD VAIL ROAD, THIS WORK MAY BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY.
