1- Remove all SWPPP controls.
2- Install gates on trash enclosure.
3- Provide site cert. from engineer, per C.O.T. D.M. chapter XIV, section 14.2(7).
4- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
5- Rip Rap all drainage channels per approved detail 7.
6- Engineer needs to address exposed rebar northwest corner. (safety)
7- Provide approved drawings for inspection.
8- Complete H.C. access southeast corner on building lot 1.
9- Remove all construction debris and materials from site.
11/07/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met with Danny on site. Contractor needs to:
