1) Provide a grouted 5'X5' pad at the trench drain, Sht C-204
2) Install rip rap and expose the end of pipe for the grade inlet sht. C-204
3) Show C.B. on as-built plan and outlet pipe from C.B. Clean all C.B's
4) Provide survey for 1:12 ramp on sht. C-204 to insure compliance.
5) Clean up all construction debris including C>B where grout was dumped.
6) Dress slope west of ramp to football field.
7) Backfill edge of sidewalk at the end of the 1:12 slope.
8) Provide Eng. Cert. for the storm water system
9) Provide as-builts for the grading and site plan.
10/06/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Al on site, contractor needs to call in for all inspection. Through IVR.
06/13/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met on site with Magnum Paving. Went over stormwater installation. Contractor needs to maintain 1' on each side of the pipe.
05/28/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Spoke to Alan in regards to pipe installation. I explained I will look at everything outside the building foot print.
05/27/2008 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Spoke to site super in regards to pipe installation. Contractor will need to contact building inspector in regards to pipe under building.
