06/15/2007 FIRE - FINAL Denied Maintain sprinkler coverage in warehouse by first roll up door, heads 9' feet from wall need to be corrected.
Replace painted sprinkler head in office just by door before entering warehouse (white paint on head).
Replace painted sprinkler head in hallway by front door. DO NOT USE PAINT THINNER TO CLEAN HEADS THEY MUST BE REPLACED.
Reinstall insulation on ceiling, not allowed to touch sprinkler heads or piping.
Remove all slide bolts and bars from rear exit door, only approved locking devices are allowed. Do not block door with stock.
Need an up to date fire sprinkler inspection report last on file is 11/2001.
