Received phone complaint from E18C on 10/26 regarding the electronic gate controls secured with a KNOX padlock. Controls out of service. I spoke with manager Paula Suarez, who contacted maintenance, to try and repair electronic controls. Controls repaired in my presense, I will follow up in one week to ensure gates are still working. 10/26 |
