Currently door closures are not working in the following laundry rooms 8th, 7th, 3rd, and 2nd floor. These shall be repaired. IFC 703.2.2 5). The following apartments are in violation of the fire code. 405: sprinkler head dusty, exit obstructions, too many combustible items, boxes, paper, plastics, it seems there is only 4 feet throughout apt. to exit from. 810" storage shall be 2 feet from ceiling in closet 807: new smoke detector needed 833: repair ceiling This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 11-14-07 . A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. |
