| 10/17/2007 | INSP - FULL | Violation | Walk through inspection on approx . Oct 10th revealed an unopenable exit door on the front west, by reason of angle iron screwed to the header. The door could not be pushed open from the inside. Problem was fixed within 5 minutes. No citation issued. Other fire concerns where mentioned, and Manager was told there would be a full inspection on Tuesday the 16th. On the 16th the following issues were found. Note: The sprinkler, exit and storage issues found in the first walk thru were all abated by Tuesday morning. In the event the exits ever are found blocked, locked [during business hours], or rendered unusable, a citation will be immediately served.
