304.1.1 Waste material. Accumulations of wastepaper, wood, hay, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste or rubbish of any type shall not be permitted to remain on a roof or in any court, yard, vacant lot, alley, parking lot, open space, or beneath a grandstand, bleacher, pier, wharf, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or other similar structure.

Remove chair, boxes and all other combustible waste.

2) Building F is missing the building label. This is a violation of IFC 505.1:

505.1 Address numbers. New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. Address numbers shall be in accordance with Pima County address display requirements. (See attachment 1)

Replace building label.

3) Building D is missing apartment numbers. This is a violation of IFC 505.1:

505.1 Address numbers. New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. Address numbers shall be in accordance with Pima County address display requirements. (See attachment 1)
Replace apartment numbers.

4) Building C is missing the building label. This is a violation of IFC 505.1:

505.1 Address numbers. New and existing buildings shall

5) At building B at the northwest corner of the building the address is falling down. This is a violation of IFC 505.1:

6) At the northwest corner of the complex the complex address is incomplete. This is a violation of IFC 505.1:
