Building sprinkler head activated due to kitchen hood system for solid fuel cooking equipment being overwhelmed. System was overwhelmed because it needed to be cleaned and had a reduced air flow. Gave owner a notice of violation ordering that the cooking equipment not be used until hood was cleaned and moving air at the required rate. |
