Appeal was granted by the Fire Marshal. The tents will remain in place, but shall be completely disassembled by April 1, 2008. Tent permits shall be acquired before the Gem Show event to initiate inspection activities. The tent permits shall expire on April 1, 2008. Tents shall remain disassembled for a minimum of 180 days prior to another tent permit being acquired. A citation will be issued if tents are not disassembled by April 1, 2008. |
