We informed them of our permit process and distributed copies to all parties. Tank on site is non-permitted, non-compliant and shall be replaced ASAP. Tank has been labeled, vehicle impact protected and hatch used as temporary emergency vent. It will be grounded to existing UST and shall not be fueled. | |
