This was an anonymous complaint. No exits were blocked but plastic chains were hooked across hallways to deter employees from occupying parts of the building that were being vacated. This company has issues with medical information protection and security. The chains will be removed and they will submit plans to Development Services for approval of a reduction of required exits. Complaint Justified. |
