Harrison Tucson, AZ. 857478 Mrs. Dowling The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business on June 28, 2007. Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2003 International Fire Code (with modifications). A Re-inspection will be performed on or about July 10, 2007 Notice of Violations: _____ 3003.3 Security. Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring. Multiplug adaptors, such as cube adaptors, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with the ICC Electrical Code shall be prohibited. · Remove the multiplug adaptor near theradio _____ 1008.1.8.4 Bolt locks. Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. · Remove the slide bolt between the banquet area and the dining area. _____ 102.4 Application of building code. The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the International Building Code. Repairs, alterations and additions to existing structures shall comply with the International Existing Building Code or New Jersey Rehabilitation Subcode. · Since you have opened up to the unit next door your square footage has doubled. This changes your C of O requiring that you update all information concerning your sqft and occupant load.
