06/26/2007 VIOL - MOTOR FUEL DISPENSING Correction Required 2204.2.4 Obstructions to view. Dispensing devices shall be in clear view of the attendant at all times. Obstructions shall not be placed between the dispensing area and the attendant.
- Remove all items blocking the clear view of the dispensers. Coke machine, posters and stock for sale. Also adjust mirrors to provide a clear view of the dispensers. Dispenser 7/8 is not visable.
06/26/2007 VIOL - MOTOR FUEL DISPENSING Correction Required 2203.2 Emergency disconnect switches. An approved, clearly identified and readily accessible emergency disconnect switch shall be provided at an approved location, to stop the transfer of fuel to the fuel dispensers in the event of a fuel spill or other emergency. An emergency disconnect switch for exterior fuel dispensers shall be located within 100 feet of, but not less than 20 feet from, the fuel dispensers.
- The Emergency disconnect switches shall be relocated or dispenser 7/8 moved. permits are required.
