The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business on June 4, 2007. Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2003 International Fire Code (with modifications). A Re-inspection will be performed on or about June 18, 2007

HAZARDOUS COMMUNICATIONS
_____ 407.2 Material Safety Data Sheets. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all hazardous materials shall be readily available on the premises.

_____ 407.4 Training. Persons responsible for the operation of areas in which hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, handled or used shall be familiar with the chemical nature of the materials and the appropriate mitigating actions necessary in the event of
a fire, leak or spill.
· Train employees on the location of the MSDS/ Hazardous Communication Program.

ELECTRICAL
_____ 315.2.3 Equipment rooms. Combustible material shall not be stored in boiler rooms, mechanical rooms or electrical equipment rooms.

_____ 605.3 Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. Where the electrical service
equipment is wider than 30 inches (762 mm), the working space shall not be less than the width of the equipment. No storage of any materials shall be located within the designated working space.
