07/12/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Violation On 5-21-07, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 4632 East 32nd Street, in Tucson, Arizona.

On 7-03-07, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted:

1). Currently there is a pile on debris approx. 300 square feet, still remaining on the backside of the rear gate. The contents of this combustible pile include, but limited to the following:
Old furnishings, cardboard boxes, assorted plastics, brush and trimmings, dried grass.
This pile shall be removed and disposed of properly.

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 8-1-07.
