| 05/23/2007 | INSP - FULL | Violation | On 5-21-07 , a fire prevention inspection was conducted on the exterior yard of 4050 East 32nd , in Tucson, Arizona. You have been identified as the responsible party for these grounds. The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). Currently in front yard, there is an excessive amount of combustible furniture, such as couches, wood products, plastics, shelving and other forms of combustible household furnishings, that seem to be discarded due to weather and excessive usage. This storage has been found to be a nuisance and shall be removed. This is in violation of Tucson Fire Code sections; 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. 2). In the back yard there are 2 unsecured buildings. These buildings shall be secured when not in use. This in violation of the following Tucson Fire Code sections which state: 311.2 Safeguarding vacant premises. Temporarily unoccupied buildings, structures, premises or portions thereof shall be secured and protected in accordance with this section. 311.2.1 Security. Exterior openings and interior openings accessible to other tenants or unauthorized persons shall be boarded, locked, blocked or otherwise protected to prevent entry by unauthorized individuals. 3). In the back yard, there is the same problem in the front yard, but in addition there are tires, plastics, and additional wood products which are on the patio affecting exiting from the residence. Storage shall be orderly and removed from exits. 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. 1027.4 Furnishings and decorations. Furnishings, decorations or other objects shall not be placed so as to obstruct exits, access thereto, egress therefrom, or visibility thereof. |
