IFC 110.1.1- Unsafe Conditions. Existing conditions which constitute a fire hazard or are otherwise dangerous to human life shall be deemed an unsafe condition. 2 ASTs have been Red Tagged. A permit shall be obtained from the Tucson Fire Dept. prior to removal. The removal of the Red Tag without approval is a violation of the Tucson Fire Code.
