9) Remove wood from holding damper open. I.F.C.703.1 Repair self closures to electrical room.
10) Boxes stored in hot heater room. 315.2.3 Combustable material shall be removed from hot water room.
11) Boxes are stored on top of coolers without fire protection. 315.2.4Remove boxes from on top of coolers. Remove all items that are combustable from on top of coolers.
12) Extension cord going to T.V. monitor is being used for perminant wiring. I.F.C. 605.5 Extension cords shall not be used for perminant wiring.
