The front yard and carport area was inspected. The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). Currently in the carport area there was 400 square feet of combustible material in carport area and front porch. The material consists of, boxes, wood, clothes, shelving and other misc. combustible materials. This material is excessive and is a nuisance. This is in violation of: 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. All material not sold in garage sale in front of yard and carport shall be removed. By 5-16-07 2). In the back yard area.
