| 05/01/2007 | INSP - AST/UST | Continued | Removed three 10000 gallon fiberglass UST's, Removed both dispensers, removed all piping. #1 tank was previously placed out of service 01-25-05 and filled with foam. #2 and three were filled with 250lbs of dry ice each and had a O2 level of 3.7 and 3.8% when extracation begun. #1 and 3 were transported off site for disposal, #2 was crushed on site. Evidece of a leak was found under the #2 tank. Samples were taken. New tanks to be installed next week. |
