Obstructiion to exit shall not be obstructed in any manner. 2003 IFC-1008.1.8.3 Key locked hardware may be used on the main exit if ther is a readily sign on or adjacent to the door stating. THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED. 2003 IFC-901.6 Fire detection alarm, and sprinkler systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times. The test is annually and shall have a current service tag attached. 20003 IFC-315.2.1 Storage shall be 18 inches below the sprinker head, this in in the starbuck storage room. 2003 IFC-901 Fire department sprinkler shall have a sprinkler wrench in the sprinkler box. 2003 IFC-901 The sprinkler controls shall not be blocked with store items. 2003 IFC-901.6 A service tag shall be attached to the sprinklers control valve to show proof of annual service. 2003 IFC-605.3 FDC There is a electrical box on the bottom of the riser that is open need to repair with cover plate. 2003 IFC-315.2 Storage shall be separated from the hot water heater. 2003 IFC-605.5 A working space of 36 inches shall be provided in front of the elctrical equipment. 2003 IFC-904.5.1 Two hood systems for the deep fryers shall be serviced for proper operation at 6 months intervals. 2003 IFC-904.11.6.3 The hood sytems fans and duct works shall be cleaned at intervals to prevent accumlation of grease. Records shall be keeped to show proof of cleaning. 2003 IFC-703.1 Tile missing in the upper level IT room. Fire resistive construction shall be maintained in this room. The mechanical room in back is not sprinklered. I'll research to see if its needed. |
