Full inspection done by Jim Davis. AST's were noted not in compliance and referred to Funke. Instructions on how to obtain a permit were given on 04-12-07 after several weeks of non-compliance. Issued a pre-citation notice if our office is not contacted and the AST site plan was not recieved by 04-23-07 a citation will be issued. |
