Mr Cooley (president) stated that he did not know he needed a permit. I asked him how long he had been in the business and he replied "32 years". I informed him of our intentions to ensure that his equipment was compatible with E85 and that he would need to show us the specs for his tanks and dispensers. We will contact him in a couple of weeks to allow him time to obtain the data we need. We also informed him that we would do a full inspection of the M occupancy at that time. |
