04/18/2007 INSP - FULL Correction Required I went to the above address and did a walk through. THe building is under renovation and there are only 8 people living in bldgs 7442-7444. I gave a notice to the property rep (Fransisco Montano) to replace all smoke detectors.

I also inspected the specific unit that Capts Ruetz was concerned about. I found that the unit did not have a smoke detector and that the ceiling fan was missing it's motor casing, cause the lights to hang from the exposed wiring.

I gave a notice that the smoke detector be replaced on 4-17-07 and that the wiring be abated immnediately.

04/16/2007 INSP - FULL Correction Required Captain Ruetz called in this complaint this is a two story masonry construction with interior exit corridors. their were smoke detectors with no batteries engine responded to apt #39 there was a ceiling fan that was falling apart with wires hanging.
