I gave a notice to the property rep (Fransisco Montano) to replace all smoke detectors. I also inspected the specific unit that Capts Ruetz was concerned about. I found that the unit did not have a smoke detector and that the ceiling fan was missing it's motor casing, cause the lights to hang from the exposed wiring. I gave a notice that the smoke detector be replaced on 4-17-07 and that the wiring be abated immnediately. |
