08/21/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued called Charlie to inform him of new contact person (MA85). He faxed the approved drawing for the repair to saddle. Metal plate is being fabricated and then they can repair crack.
07/23/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued Aero hired an engineer to evaluate the saddle under the 30K AST. He said it needs a bolt and some patching to be considered structurally sound. Charley will send me a copy of the specs after they obtain a permit for modifications.
05/10/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued Plumbing inspector passed repairs on 30,000 gallon LPG tank. Red tags were removed and approved for use.
04/26/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued Reinspection with property rep. Auto mechanic has moved off site and RP has sole responsibility for security now. NO SMOKING signs in place, combustibles cleared around tanks, fire extinguishers , containers all have protective collars, E cords removed.
04/03/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued met with property reps to discuss progress. He will be applying for a permit for the 1000 gallon AST tomorrow. Waiting on electrical inspection prior to scheduling us for final. Bollards in place and stock has been reduced significantly.
