Fire protection systems required by this code or the International Building Code shall be installed, repaired, operated, tested and maintained in accordance with this code. You are hereby ordered to have a full system sprinkler flow test by a certified sprinkler service company and provide documentation of such.

You are hereby ordered to have a full alarm test inspection of your alarm system ( to be repeated annually) and provide proper documentation of such by a a certified fire alarm inspection/ maintanence company.
03/15/2007 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS Violation 901.7 Systems out of service. Where a required fire protection system is out of service, the fire department and the fire code official shall be notified immediately and, where required by the fire code official, the building shall either be evacuated or an approved fire watch shall be provided for all occupants left unprotected by the shut down until the fire protection system has been returned to service. You are hereby ordered to provide fire watch until your system is restored to normal working order by a certified alarm system company providing your service. Per our conversation, fire watch will be provided until the company arrives ( estimated time was 2 hours per John on 3/9/07 ).
