According to the caller which is the property owner of 158 W. Elm St, is reporting that this is an on-going problem, not just behind the 158 W. Elm Street property but all along the alley. The Brush and Bulky Collection is scheduled to be in the area this week, week of 1/28/08. Will B&B remove all the garbage bags? The caller,(Anne Mitchell) is also requesting that the 300 gallon garbage container be relocated; as she feels that she should not be required to continue cleaning behind her property. Anne Mitchell is also inquiring about changing the collection point from alley to curb. She was given ES Customer Service Number to call. Pat, please let me know what action will be taken so that we can enter our notes in the Permits Plus case and hopefully close the case. Will await your response.
