MET WITH TFD CAPTAIN WAYNE CUMMINGS WHO EXPLAINED STRUCTURE USED TO BE A GROUP HOME OF SOME TYPE. PRESENT OWNER LARRY HUNT NOW RENTS ROOMS OUT INDIVIDUALLY. THIS COMPLEX HAD NINE ROOMS 4 ON THE EAST SIDE 5 ON THE WEST. STRUCTURE IS MASONRY WITH WOOD FRAMED ROOM. OWNER MENTIONED THERE WERE 13 ROOMS HOWEVER THE UNIT WHERE FIRE OCCURRED WAS MARKED UNIT #15. |
