WATER JUG TO FLUSH TOILET. 24 HRS GIVEN TO GET WATER ON. AS OF 1:25 PM ON 12-12-07 BILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID. SPOKE WITH OWNER CATHERINE, GAVE 1 WEEK TO FIX WINDOW AND NOTIFIED HER NO ONE CAN OCCUPY THE PROPERTY. SAYS SHE WILL COME DOWN THIS WEEKEND TO REPAIR WINDOW.
