01/16/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MADE CONTACT WITH NORMAN RICHMOND TO INFORM HIM THAT WINDOWS AND DOORS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED BEFORE THE 180 DAY TIME FRAME. HE REMINDED ME THAT 1 CIRCUIT WAS REPLACED IN THE ELECTRICAL PANEL IN ORDER TO RESTORE POWER TO THE REAR AND THAT IT WAS DONE UNDER PERMIT AND INSPECTED. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS ALL IN PERMITS PLUS. ASKED HIS INTENTIONS WITH THE BUILDING, MR RICHMOND MENTIONED HE IS ALREADY NEGOTIATING A SALE AND FELT HE SHOULD KNOEW BEFORE THE 180 DAYS IS UP.
01/10/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND ALL OPENINGS HAD BEEN SECURED AND POSTED "NO TRESPASSING", ABATING ITME #1 ON THE NOV. SOME TRASH AND DEBRIS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. PRIOR TO REVISITING SITE, I CHECKED PERMITS PLUS AND FOUND AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT ISSUED FOR AN ELECTRIC RECONNECT. OWNER, MR RICHMOND, HAD INFORMED ME THAT HIS SON WAS INSTALLS WOOD FLOORING WAS USING THE BACK AREA TO STORE WOOD FLOORING AND WAS ALSO WORKING OUT OF THAT AREA WHICH WAS WHY THEY NEEDED ONLY ELECTRICAL AT THIS TIME. OWNER STILL HAS 60 DAYS TO SECURE PERMIT TO REBUILD OR DEMOLISH.
