11/29/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved MET WITH HANK BABEL EXPLAINED TEP DID NOT THINK IT WAS SAFE TO KEEP POWER ON TO THE ABOVE 4 UNITS. PERSON IN #18 WAS GONE AND UNSURE WHEN HE WOULD RETURN. I WILL POST THIS UNIT UNSAFE TO OCCUPY SHOULD THE OCCUPANT RETURN. TRAILER #20- OCCUPANT IS IN THE HOSPITAL NOT EXPECTED TO RETURN ANYTIME SOON. TRAILER #21 IS BEING REHABBED. TRAILER #22 MOTHER & DAUGHTER HAVE FOUND HOUSING WITH MOTHER'S SISTER, SHE LEFT THE UNIT APPROX 11:10 PM. I ASKED HANK BABEL TO CALL B&A ELECTRIC, JACKIE MENTIONED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANYONE OUT UNTIL 7:00AM. I ASKED HANK TO PLEASE CALL WHEN THEY ARRIVED THAT I WOULD MEET THEM ON-SITE. CHECKED REMAINING 3 UNITS WITH HANK BABEL TO BE SURE THEY WERE NOT BEING OCCUPIED AND THEN CUT THE POWER TO THE 4 TRAILERS. SPOKE TO DONALD, BOYFRIEND TO OCCUPANT IN #22 INFORMED HIM AT THIS TIME WE WERE UNSURE WHEN SHE COULD RETURN. GAVE DONALD MY BUSINESS CARD SHOULD THEY NEED TO BE HOUSED.
