TPD request for inspection at MH park. Upon inspection I found a travel trailer set up in a MH park. TPD was called for a welfare check on the occupant. The trailer was very cluttered with personal belongings however no trash and debris. All utilities were connected and in service. There were no foul odors or evidence of rotting food. The interior was simply messy. There werer two family members at the scene when I arrived who stated they would assist the man in clearing the mess and discarding and rearranging things. A neighboring resident agreed to take the man in until matters could be addressed. The family members stated they would be there first thing Friday morning to begin the work. No need nor cause for a condemnation. No follow up necessary. Case closed. |
