VISITED SITE, FOUDN FIRE EXIT TO THE EXTERIOR HAD BEEN CLEARED WITH CLEAR PATHWAYS AND A LETTER SENT TO ALL TENANTS WITH THE LOCK COMBINATION FOR THE GATE. THE WATER FOUNTAIN HAD BEEN REMOVED. THE CEILING PATCHED & PAINTED AND THE STORAGE AREA UNDER THE STAIRS SCREWED SHUT. DNR HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE. |
