Inspection revealed large excavation in front perimeter yard. Excavation was approximately 20'x20'x8'. Debris and rock from the excavation was piled along the west side of the home as well as on the sidewalk and into the street. A STOP WORK ORDER was posted and an NOV will be issued. |
