Found a porch has been added on to the front side of the house. Porch is not correctly attached to the house. It's attached to the roof. Electrical wiring to front light as well as deadfront on power supply box missing. Noticed 3 fuses have been removed and placed on top of the fuse box. Inside home the front room is missing the entire ceiling long with large parts of sheet rock missing off the walls. Behind looks like extensive work to the roof as well as the Airconditioner completely dismantled and parts of it still sitting on the roof. looks like water heater detached and outside placed on side of bldg. THIS IS NO MIN COMBO WORK. Very extensive remodel going on.. Doesn't look like any permits have been issued as of yet. |

Ok, this one needs a bit of research. But, I found a commercial vehicle parked in the front of the property with 2000 tags only. No current tags. When I went to the front door, I noticed they added on a front porch and they were doing extensive construction/remodeling inside the home as well. I also found they were re-roofing the house and looks like doing some air-conditioning work along with a large amout of stuff/refuse on side and back yard. I also found a utility long neck type vehicle piled up with broken pieces of sheet rock... |
